A CERTIFICATE OF DUMB is an NFT on the Chia Blockchain. The holder of the NFT is Certified as Dumb and is eligible to play in the game.

Players in the game may only have 1 Active NFT at a time. Only Active NFTs can cast votes.

Players may only win the game with the NFT they started the game with.

PLAYER1: Starts the game with nft_id: NFT1....00a and has a score of (+35 dumb).

PLAYER2: Starts the game with NFT1....00b and has a score of (-23 dumb).

PLAYER2: Can RAGE QUIT and sabotage PLAYER1 by choosing the RAGE QUIT option, assigning their score to PLAYER1 then burning NFT1....00b. PLAYER1's new score will be (+12 dumb) [(35 - 23)]. At this point PLAYER2 can not participate any more, even if they buy a new CERTIFICATE OF DUMB. They will need to wait for the next game.
